NAP / NAR

The NAP / NAR ranges are manufactured to DI 24960, NFE 29991 and ISO 3069 dimensions in shaft sizes from 10 to 70 mm. diameter.Their original conception was unique in having a system of interlocking tongues to provide a positive drive mechanism, a feature now copied by other manufacturers.They are suited to many applications in the fields of agriculture, chemicals, food, marine and general engineering and are normally used with seats type IN.

Temperature:-40°C to +180°C depending on material choice

Pressure:up to 20 bar (external fitting up to 5 bar)

Speed:up to 15 m/s

Construction:
One piece construction for rapid installation.Type NAR incorporates a bellows ring allowing operation at elevated temperature and
pressure.

Reliability:
Self aligning, the seal compensates for bearing play and shaft ovality.
The positive drive system of interlocking tongues removes torsional stress from the seal membrane whist allowing free axial movement.
